Johnny Moore, born and raised in Kilgore, Texas, leads the acquisition team. He directs the acquisition process of the homes we purchase. He is an expert in the Sherman/Denison, Kilgore/Longview areas and buying Real Estate. He walks the sellers through every step of the acquisition process and explains it in simple to understand terms. He is always available to answer any questions the seller or their family members may have. His #1 goal is to do everything with integrity and treat everyone with respect. He does what he says he is going to do and loves dealing with people. Johnny strives to make every purchase a quick, smooth, and stress-free transaction. Johnny is also the owner of Moore Acquisitions, LLC, in Sherman, Texas. He owns properties in Grayson, Fannin, Gregg, and Rusk counties in Texas.
Jay Salgado: Operations Manager and Marketing Head
Jay leads the team that handles seller, buyer and renter lead prospects and gathers data needed to make informed decisions on all properties. His team does the property and market research and runs comparables to assist in the next phases of our process. He keeps track of all incoming leads to make sure they are being efficiently and effectively taken care of, answering questions for them as needed. Jay also handles transaction coordination and leads our marketing and research department.
